Rochelle Killins – Corporate Administration and Communications Director
Another long-standing employee of IPAC Services, Rochelle has an intricate knowledge of all aspects of the business. For over 20 years she has played an important part in developing administrative and operational processes.
Born in Tofield, Alberta, Rochelle’s father was employed in the oil and gas industry early on and her family moved to various locations throughout Alberta and BC before settling in Northern Alberta. Upon graduation of high school in Beaverlodge, AB, Rochelle followed in her father’s footsteps and immediately began working as a summer student for Peace Pipe Line Ltd. Shortly afterward, she completed a college business program and was then hired at Aron Services Ltd. full time in 1994. She held various administrative positions and eventually progressed to fulfill roles as Contracts Administrator and Project Manager.
In 2006, when Aron Services amalgamated and became IPAC Services, Rochelle took on the role of Executive Assistant where she continued to assist in the everyday workings of the senior leadership team. She believes in IPAC’s adage that everyone can be a leader and leadership is best learned by example.
Along with her responsibilities at work, she recently completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Communication through the Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC. This helped her progress into her current role as Corporate Administration and Communications Director.
Outside of work and studies, Rochelle and her husband enjoy spending time in the outdoors and travelling. These opportunities often present reflective time when she can read and write. Additional pursuits include oil and acrylic painting and all other forms of art.
